Restaurants

The hotel offers breakfast, lunch & dinner during the summer season in our two restaurants; "HYSKJE" & "THE DISTILLERY BAR". You can read more about the different concepts below. 

We also accept groups on request - use the contact page to make an inquiry.

Restaurant Hyskje

 Our restaurant “HYSKJE” is located on the top floor of the hotel and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We offer modern Scandinavian style gastronomy while overlooking the beautiful Geiranger Fjord. Short-travelled food is very important for us and almost everything you find here is local produce from the area around Geiranger and made from scratch with passion. Meat from Ole Ringdal in Hellesylt, salmon from Storfjorden, cod from the west coast of Norway, potatoes and vegetables from local farms and beverages from the local brewery and distillery are just a few of the things we proudly offer.

The Distillery Bar

Did you know that we have our very own distillery in house? Come join us for a tour & tasting, or visit our cocktail bar on the 2nd floor of the new building.

At our distillery bar you find craft cocktails made with local ingredients and home-made destilaltes, local beers & delicious snacks such as cheese, hams & other delicacies from the area. And every day during the summer season you can join our barbecue lunch buffet here!
